Morning drop-off

8:00 AM – 8:30 AM

The day at Muddies begins with the joyful arrival of dogs, eagerly greeted by our friendly staff. Owners can drop off their pets with confidence, knowing they'll be well cared for throughout the day. Each dog's arrival is carefully logged, and their belongings are stored securely. This ensures a seamless handover and sets the tone for a stress-free day.

Snaps and Updates

We keep you updated with regular reports and photos of your dog’s activities and well-being. Whether it’s via social media, or WhatsApp, you’ll always be informed about your dog’s daycare, giving you reassurance and connection even when you’re apart.

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM

Each dog is warmly welcomed and guided to their playgroup. Our team ensures a smooth transition, making every dog feel comfortable and ready for the day's activities. We take time to understand each dog's mood and needs, offering a calming environment with gentle music and familiar scents to help them adjust.

Morning outdoor playtime

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

The morning begins with supervised play sessions, where dogs enjoy a mix of fun and exercise with carefully selected playgroups. Weather permitting, dogs are taken to our secure outdoor garden to run, explore, and enjoy the fresh air in a safe environment with shaded areas, safe fencing, and various play structures.

11:00 AM – 11:30 AM

A refreshing walk provides the dogs with a change of scenery and a chance to explore the great outdoors. This offsite excursion, weather permitting, is perfect for stretching their legs and enjoying the natural surroundings. Our staff ensures that all dogs are safe and happy during their walk.

Enrichment activities

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Our enrichment activities are tailored to keep dogs mentally and physically engaged. These include puzzle games, agility exercises, and interactive play that foster confidence and reduce stress. Specialised equipment and toys are used to challenge the dogs, encouraging problem-solving and cognitive development.

Lunchtime and nap

12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Lunchtime offers a break for nourishment and rest. Dogs have their meals brought from home. Post-lunch, a quiet nap time helps them digest and rejuvenate. We provide a tranquil environment with individual sleeping areas to ensure each dog gets a restful break.

1:30 PM – 2:00 PM

Weather permitting, dogs enjoy a 30-minute walk, providing them with additional exercise and a chance to explore the surroundings under careful supervision. This outdoor activity helps break up the day and keeps the dogs engaged and happy.

2:00 PM – 3:30 PM

The afternoon is packed with more play and enrichment. Dogs participate in group activities that promote social skills and teamwork. We also incorporate training exercises to reinforce good behaviour and obedience. Activities are varied daily to keep things exciting and stimulating for the dogs.

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Each dog receives personalised attention from our staff, including grooming, cuddling, or simply spending time with a familiar face. This ensures every dog feels loved and valued. We also use this time to check each dog for any health issues or discomfort, ensuring they remain happy and healthy.

Afternoon wind-down

4:00 PM – 4:30 PM

As the day draws to a close, activities are scaled back to help dogs wind down. Gentle play and relaxing music create a serene atmosphere, preparing them for pick-up. This transition period helps the dogs relax and decompress, making for a smooth and calm end to their day.

4:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Owners arrive to pick up their tired but happy pets. Our staff provides a brief summary of the day’s activities and any important observations. Dogs leave Muddies content and ready for a good night’s rest. This feedback loop ensures that owners are kept informed about their pet's day and any noteworthy behaviours or interactions.
